There is a range of pilot training on offer allowing you to either keep your eye in and maintain a healthy knowledge of flying, or there is the opportunity to further your piloting qualifications, from beginner to expert. Take a look at the courses we offer…
Trial Flight: We offer the opportunity for a brief trial flight for the complete novice. A chance to get up in the air and see what flying is like from the cockpit, not the body of the plane.
JAR Professional Pilots Licence (JAR PPL): Accepted across Europe, the JPA licence requires a minimum of 45 hours in the air with at least 10 of them being solo flights. The test is then a 2 and a half hour flight involving navigation, and basic skills that will have been learnt during training.
National Professional Pilots Licence (NPPL): Promoted by the UK Civil Aviation Authority. This too requires 45 hours in the air with a minimum of 10 hours solo flight. The test is then at least one hour navigational and one hour skills based.
We also offer courses in Radio communication and Post PPL for those wishing to further their knowledge.
